For this position, unfortunately we do not provide relocation support (we sponsor visas), therefore we are looking for candidates
living in Sweden.
Disclaimer: Because of the summer vacations we’ll only be able to start the interviews in August.
What You Do
- Support the growth of ADC in Sweden and the Nordics through strong delivery and business development
- Manage projects from scoping to execution, aligning stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery
- Build AI solutions that drive real value — from strategy to deployment
- Translate complex business needs into technical solutions and communicate clearly with clients
- Work hands-on in the cloud (infra setup, CI/CD, monitoring)
- Create project plans and estimates and nurture client relationships
- Stay up to date with the evolving AI landscape and apply new developments effectively
- Represent ADC’s values: pragmatism, comprehensiveness, trust, and ownership
What you bring: - 2-6 years of working experience in areas such as Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics or Artificial Intelligence (Consultancy is preferred)
- A quantitative MA degree (e.g., Physics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Data Science, AI, Computer Science)
- Stakeholder management and business development experience
- Hands-on experience and understanding of processing unstructured (text) data, using NLP algorithms or LLMs
- Software development skills and hands-on experience deploying to the cloud (e.g. provisioning infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring)
- Expertise in programming in Python
- Expertise in AI development frameworks such as LangChain, Autogen, Llamaindex
- Familiarity in Cloud environments
- Expertise in working with databases and database languages
- Excellent command of both English and Swedish
